I have found the following 5.25" modules;
  * (1×) hot-swap SAS cages for 8×2.5" drives
  * (1×) 1 slim optical (laptop) drive + 2×2.5" drive
  * (1×) 1 slim optical (laptop) drive + 1×3.5" slot/drive
  * (3×) 5×3.5" drive hot-swap cages
  * …and more

===== Reuse Antec 1200 case (Alternative 1)  =====

Requires modifying case to accomandate 3×5.25" -> 5×3.5" hotswap cages

  * 12 5.25" slots
  * Can fit up to 20 3.5" drives if we don't add a DVD drive
  * Example:
    * 3× 5 3.5" drive cages = 15 HDD 
    * 1× BDR drive
    * 2× 8 2.5" drive cages = 16 SSD
