+I ended up going with the 30m² 3×10m Tor greenhouse from Grohus.

+Took a lot of work to get it set up, and some of the design choices are a bit weird, such as the doors, not a fan of the doors.
+It came in ~1m sections that had to be bolted together.
+Door and roof height was a bit low, but we mounted it on top of a frame of two stacked 2×6".
+I've built tall raised beds, one in each corner (~4×1×0.3m), and filled them with a compost-sand mixture.
+Watering is mainly done with soaker-hoses buried beneath the soil surface.
